Frameware Inc.
Frameware Inc. began in a small facility of less than 4,000 sq. ft. located in Clifton, NJ by Carmen DeLuccia. Carmen began the company with 4 employees in 1985. By 1994 his son Dean DeLuccia had joined him in the business and they moved their operation to Fairfield, NJ to a 20,000 sq. ft. facility. At this time Frameware Inc. employed approximately 40 people.
Frameware began publishing a yearly catalog and by 2002 became one of the first companies in the picture framing hardware industry to post a website. Frameware then established an e-commerce site and has very successfully sold its products to a growing online community at discount prices for several years now.
In 2007 Carmen retired as President of Frameware and became VP of Operations for the company; Dean became President, bringing his invaluable business background in marketing and management to the table.
As of 2009 several employees have been with the company for over 15 years. In addition to its membership with the NJBIA, Frameware has received awards by such Institutions as the Museum of Ancient and Modern Art.
