Fletcher's pistol-grip, Designer II cutter has an anti-leak fluid dispensing system. The replaceable, snap out head assembly has a long-lasting tungsten carbide wheel and a 140° cutting angle for following a pattern. It cuts in a fixed or swivel position, with a push or pull style.
