  • Shipping & Delivery

    Upon receipt, most orders will ship out within 24-48 hours. We normally ship via UPS Ground, unless you specify a particular service. Please refer to the UPS website for tracking information: http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html. Frameware is not responsible for goods damaged in transit.


  • Privacy & Security

    Frameware Inc. does not collect or maintain any information about how you as an individual use our website. We analyze our web log statistics as a whole, but we do not track your browsing as an individual, and we do not share or offer this information to other companies. Frameware, like all companies that sell through a catalog or through an online store, maintains a list of current and potential customers. If you order from us, or if you request a catalog, then we will send you a new catalog from time to time, depending on the amount of business you do with us. We like to have email as well as postal addresses if possible. We recognize that you may or may not want to receive future catalogs and offers. If you don't want either catalogs or email from us, let us know and we will follow your wishes, please call 1-800-582-5608 or email us at info@framewareinc.com. We do not rent or exchange email addresses or telephone numbers, and we have no plans to do so in the future. We maintain that information in our own records only so that we can contact you. We do no "direct telemarketing" by telephone or fax, and we will never offer your name and phone number to any company that does. If you are an online customer and you have created an account on this website, you can notify us automatically through the Internet, by clicking on "My Account" (located on every page of our site, in the upper left corner) and clicking on the link to "Update your Account Preferences". Frameware's checkout process is protected with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the standard for encrypted commercial transactions throughout the Internet. Shop safely on-line with Frameware! SSL encrypts all personal information, including your name and credit card number, so that this information cannot be read as it travels through the Internet. We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. Only those web pages where you actually enter your credit card and billing information pass encrypted information. When you request one of these checkout screens, the page's URL begins with https instead of http, and the "security" icon on your browser has the appearance of a closed padlock.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Should you require replacement items or a return for any reason please contact our Sales Department directly at: sales@framewareinc.com. *Please note that your claim must be made within 5 business days of receipt of your order, or it may not be honored. Please include your order number, phone number and specific details when communicating with the Sales Department about your order. Re-Stocking fee: There will be a 20% re-stocking fee charged for returns, conditional of course upon the terms of your return. Please inquire via email for more information.

  • Ordering

    Ordering with Frameware® Inc. has never been easier, with our new website we hope to speed up the ordering process without compromising quality and customer service. Frameware® Inc. requires a minimum $35.00 order, this $35.00 does not include tax or shipping. You will notice that your cart will not become "Checkout Enabled" until you meet that $35.00 minimum. Should you need further assistance placing your order our offices are open Monday through Friday 8:30am until 5:00pm EST, please feel free to call us with any questions at 1.800.582.5608. ** When placing your order via the Frameware website, please look over your order carefully for mistakes prior to submitting the final order. Frameware Inc. will not assume responsibility for typo's or other mistakes within your order pertaining to shipping address, credit card #'s or email addresses. We will do our best to work with you to resolve any mistakes on your behalf, but cannot promise timely delivery due to these or any other mistakes. In the case that an order has been placed for an item that is Out of Stock, a Frameware Representative will notify the customer within 48 hours of receipt of said order. At times certain items may be placed in a Backorder status, at this time the customer will be notified and will be given the option to wait for the item to ship or to have the transaction refunded.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    We accept the following payment methods via the web: Amex, Discover, Mastercard, Visa. At this time we do not accept Paypal. We do accept payment by check or money order, however your order will not ship until payment has cleared, which in some cases may take up to 14 business days. Please notify us directly by phone or email: 800.582.5608 or sales@framewareinc.com when your payment is mailed. Please note your order number on your check or money order, otherwise it may not be credited to the proper account. All pricing is subject to change without notice, at any time. If you are uncertain about item pricing please contact us for more information. Certain items on our website are not available for sale through the website (such as Equipment) and must be purchased directly through our Sales Department, which may be reached at 800.582.5608. At times, Frameware Inc. may introduce certain promotions or sales. Frameware Inc. reserves the right to end a sale prematurely or disqualify specific items previously noted in said promotion.

  • Viewing Orders

    Upon receipt of your order you will immediately receive an order notification via email, it is imperative that you double check the spelling of your email address to ensure that you receive our system generated emails. Once your order has been processed you will receive an Invoice (or receipt of payment) via email along with a shipment notification which will include your tracking number. You may also access your order history through the My Account section on our website.

  • Updating Account Information

    It is entirely the customer's responsibility to update contact, credit card, email address and all other information with Frameware Inc. this may be done through the My Account section at the top of our Home page. You may add or change addresses by selecting the Manage Addresses within your Account Dashboard.


    Most products that Frameware sells are quite small and can pose a choking hazard to young children; therefore we would ask that as a responsible consumer you would not leave these items in the presence of children under the age of 18.
